Insurance and Fees

  We accept the following forms of payment:

- Direct payment

- CHDP 

- Medicare

- Family PACT

- Private insurance 

- Medi-Cal/Partnership

We also offer Sliding Fee Scale (SFS)  which is income based and if patients are eligible they will pay a lower rate than our private pay rates. If you are uninsured for any of our services (Medical, Behavioral or Dental) you may apply for SFS for that service even if you don't qualify for SFS for all services. Please inquire at the front desk if you have further questions about the cost of your care.

Confidential services for youth up  to age 25: Walk-ins welcome, come to the north side door of the new wing with the redwood painted on it and ring the bell.

An AVHC provider is on-call for non-emergency medical issues during after-hours and can be reached by calling our phone number (707-895-3477) and speaking with our after-hours call center.

Anderson Valley Health Center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 245b, and deemed a Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233 (g)-(n). Any claim filed against AVHC must be done in federal court.
